General description

This is also one of our earliest ponds that we acquired, the pond was de-silted in the eighties and in 2004 it was enlarged with an island added. This pond has thirteen pegs available with most being eleven metres to the island, the water holds a good stock of Common/Ghost/Mirror Carp, Bream, Ide, Roach, Tench, Perch and some Barbel

This water also has limited pegs available for wheelchair users.

Rachel’s is one of our official match waters, Pegs 10 – 22.

Special Conditions

You must hold a valid EA Rod Licence and a Society membership to fish this water.

Access:

From the M55 exit at junction 3 and head North on Fleetwood Road then take your third left onto Back Lane, the waters are located around half a mile down the road next to the farm buildings on the right.

Parking:

On road parking is available adjacent to Winchester’s and Rachel’s Pond. Please do not park at the farm around the black barn doors.
